Gene,
Sorry if my blog doesn’t provide the freedom you wish, but I have changed the moderation options-- so feel at ease.
I must say, you must not know much about religion. It is quite obvious that religions are political, let me give you some examples: 1. The Catholic Church and its influence of national government, especially in the recent Argentine presidential election. The Christian coalitions donating fund to possible US presidential candies. Those are just a few examples, I don’t have room to list all the amazingly corrupt things that the churches of the world have done. Especially the protestant sects!!!-- of which I feel are part of Jesus’s prophecy that there would be many false teachers and churches in the last days

You said, "The world of religion has become what politics is, a dirty game of criticisms, backstabbing, manipulations, lies, and falsehoods. . . . Reverting back to my previous statement of religion being compared to politics, I would like to state that no man could deny that assertion."

But you fail to give any convincing argument to support the claim. Your two main positrons, that the sects attack and lie about one another, is also unsupported. You simply make the accusation and assume your reader will understand and agree.

You could have some truth on your side, but you need to support it. I, for one, believe there is a lot more good, that bad about today's churches. Our two main problems might me Islam and Mormonism. So stirring up more divisiveness within our ranks isn't helpful. Especially if if you can't document your position with some good examples.
I have been a Christian in both large and small towns and I have failed to notice the problems you address. I do, however, see a lot of what you write about in BLOGS. But these are individuals, not churches.

For twenty years I was a part of those Churches that spread lies about the True Church. I had a great Spiritual awakening ala Saul on the Road to Tarsus one day driving in my car. My mistake after that was to just go to any church. I thought they were all the same. After attending enough to be really happy with my newfound faith (I had claimed atheism prior to that) I began to hear the Pastor claiming certain churches to be cults. Well, not wanting to be a part of that, I steared clear. But over time and observation... I found myself wondering why the 'cult' church would have far more of the fruit of the Spirit in it that 'we' the 'real' church did... and why they had stronger families, morals and Christlike behavior...

I'm skipping a lot but in the end I decided to know for myself... and I am so very grateful I stopped listening to the lies and prayed and asked for truth. I daily shed tears of gratitude for membership in Christ's true Church... and I have grown so much Spiritually...
